摘要
本文介绍了用KOH作催化剂、伯胺为起始剂、环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷为单体,合成了嵌段数和聚合度不等的14种嵌段聚醚型破乳剂,用瓶试法对陕北油田有代表性的河庄坪、子长原油进行脱水性能测试,发现BNT46对河庄坪原油脱水性能较好。BNT43对子长原油破乳脱水性能较好。
Forteen polyether demulsifiers were synthesized from primary amine as primer, epoxypropane and ethylene oxide as monomer, and potassium hydroxide as catalyst. The dehydration performance of the demulsifiers was tested for the representative crude oil from Hezhuangping and Zichang in North Shanxi oil field to evaluate the performance of the demulsifiers by bottle tests. The excellent demulsifier BNT46 were screened out for the Hezhuangping and BNT43 for the Zichang crude oil.
