滇南方言的"咯V"用于疑问句中,相当于普通话的"V不V"和"V吗"两种格式。"咯是"是"咯V"中最为常见的格式,因此"咯V"语法化为疑问焦点标记,用于表示某种语义格的语词之前,这种语义格就是这个句子的疑问焦点。"咯V"还进一步语法化,失去疑问语义,只标记话轮转换。
＂Geshi＂ （ Ge - V） is used in southern Yunnan dialect to introduce interrogative sentence, and it is the equivalent of ＂ Shibushi＂ （V -Bu -V） in mandarin Chinese. ＂Geshi＂ is the most common format in ＂Ge -V＂ structure, so ＂Ge-V＂ acts as focus marker in grammar, and this semantic grid is the focus of questions. With further grammaticalization, ＂Ge -V＂ loses its semantic query, and act as turn-tag.
