摘要
采用气相色谱法以正丁醇为内标、无水乙醇为溶剂,使用氢焰离子检测器和XP一1701毛细管柱对皮革废水萃取液中的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和三氯甲烷进行测定。结果表明,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和三氯甲烷的峰面积与其含量具有良好的线性关系,其相关系数均达到0.9994以上,DMF与CHCl3的加标回收率分别为101.8%~109.3%和93.9%~102.9%;平均相对标准偏差分别为0.98%和0.87%。该方法操作简便、测量迅速、重现性好、定量准确,适用于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和三氯甲烷的定量测定。
A method for the determination of N,N-dimethylformamide and chloroform by gas ehromatography was set up using XP--1701 capillary column and hydrogen flame ionization detector. N-butanol is used as the internal standard material. Ethanol is used as solvent. The results showed the peak area of DMF and chloroform is linear with mass fraction. The correlative coefficients are more than 0. 9994, the recovery of DMF and chloroform is 101.8%--109.3% and 93.9%--102.9% respectively, and the relative standard deviation is 0.98 % and 0.87 % respectively. This method is suitable for the quantitative analysis of DMF and chloroform.
