摘要
大学生的学习、实践和创新能力的培养,是高校教育教学改革不断深化的主题。从实践切入,跟踪了部分新闻专业毕业生的发展情况并做了深入细致的问卷调研和走访调研,提出了培养大学生学习、实践和创新能力的人才策略。同时,对教学改革做了有益的分析与研究。
The cultivation of college students＇ learning competence, practice and creative ability has been the major subject in the college educational reform. The paper intends to intensify this subject by tailing after some of the journalist graduates with questionnaires, interviews and investigations. Based on these practical studies of the jou nalist graduates, the paper puts forward the strategies to cultivate students＇ learning competence, practice and creative ability, at the same time, a meaningful analysis and study on the teaching reform has been provided.
