摘要
河南省在全国率先提出"旅游立省"战略,是一个具有突破性的旅游业创新发展战略,具有重要的现实意义和重大的战略意义。河南确立"旅游立省"战略,是与拥有丰富的旅游资源和发展旅游的巨大优势密不可分的,具有许多实施"旅游立省"战略的比较优势和有利条件。"旅游立省"战略的实施,是一项长期而艰巨的任务,不仅需要全面发展的战略规划,而且需要切实可行的政策支撑,更需要艰苦不懈的努力工作。
Henan province takes the lead in the county to put forward the strategy of ＂tourism-oriented province＂ , which has the vital practical significance with its unprecedented innovation in tourist development. Henan with its rich tourist resources and huge superiority in the tourist development is reasonable to set up the strategy. However, the implementation of ＂ tourism-oriented Henan＂ strategy is a long and arduous project, requiring not only the needs of a full-scaled developmental strategic plan, but also the practical and feasible policy support. What＇s more, it needs more unremitting efforts.
