摘要
ERP系统的应用能够为企业提供一个高效率的内部信息处理机制。运用ERP软件系统实现企业信息化管理已成为提升企业核心竞争力的重要手段。越来越多的企业建设自己的ERP,但是ERP的实施过程中存在着很大的风险,防范和控制风险亦是企业成功实施ERP的一个关键。
The application of ERP system provides the enterprises an efficient internal information processing system. Informationalized enterprise management by using the ERP software system has become an important method to improve the core competence of an enterprise. More and more enterprises are constructing their own ERP; however, great risks exist in the implementation of ERP, so it is a crucial to prevent and control the risks in the successful implementation of this system.
