摘要
基于导热方程,对宝钢电炉用钢包的吸热规律进行了系统的理论与数值分析。考察了不同钢包状态及预热制度下钢包的吸热情况。计算了钢包吸热所导致的出钢温降,钢水在LF处理期间的降温速率,不同钢包状态及LF处理时间对钢水在VD处理期间温降的影响等。数值计算结果与实测值符合。定量结果的获得,将有助于制定合理的钢包预热制度、出钢温度补正制度,也有助于在LF及VD精炼期间根据不同的钢包状态进行合理的温度控制。
Based on the heat conducting equation,the article researches the heat absorbability of the ladles used in Bao Steel’s EAF steelmaking plant.The heat absorbability of the ladle under the variation of ladle state and preheating regime is investigated.The temperature loss of liquid steel due to ladle’s heat absorbtion during tapping and the temperature decrement of liquid steel during refining are calculated,and the effect of different ladle's states & LF treatment time on the temperature loss of the liquid steel during VD treatment is studied as well.These numerical results coincide with the detected values,which is helpful to laying down the regulation of ladle preheating and the temperature correction during tapping,and optimizing the temperature control during refining.
