摘要
随着我国城市化进程的不断加快,大、中型城市的交通拥堵问题越来越严重,而传统的公共交通方式已经不能满足居民日益增长的出行需求。目前,发展以常规公交和地铁交通为主体的公共交通体系是解决交通拥堵问题的有效途径。同时,地铁交通方式的出现又是沿线住宅价格的助推器。文章以正在建设中的西安地铁2号线为实证研究对象,对沿线住宅价格的变化进行定性和定量分析。
With the fast development of the process of urbanization in our country,the problem of traffic jam in big cities and medium-sized cities is becoming more and more serious.However,the means of traditional public transportation can not satisfy the citizens increasing travelling needs.At present,developing the public transportation system with traditional buses and subway as the main part is the effective way to solve the problem of traffic jam.Meanwhile,the appearance of subway is the boost motor of the residence prices along the line. Therefore, the paper has under-construction subway No. 2 in Xi'an as the object of empirical research to make qualitative and quantitative analysis of the changes of residence prices along the line.
