半焦制铸造型焦的碳微晶结构X-衍射分析 被引量:6

摘要 利用X-射线衍射仪对铸造型焦的碳微晶结构进行分析,研究其微晶结构随温度变化的规律.谱图上出现了002晶面和100晶面衍射峰,并且衍射峰在形状上的变化表现出一定的规律性.研究发现,随着炭化温度的升高,2θ衍射角逐渐增加,002晶面和100晶面半峰宽逐渐减小,芳香片层间距d002相应减小,而芳核有效堆砌高度Lc和层面直径La则逐渐增加,型焦的结构趋于芳构化和有序化. The carbon microcrystalline structure of the foundry formed coke was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer ( XRD), the change taw of carbon micro-crystal structure along with different temperature was studied. The results show that there are diffraction peaks in 002 crystal face and 100 crystal face, and the diffraction peaks present certain regularity on the changes in shape. The analyses of XRD reveal that with the increase of carbonization temperature, 20 diffraction angles get bigger and the half-peak width of 002 and 100 crystal faces become smaller, as well as the interlayer spacing of the aromatic lamellar correspondingly become smaller accordingly, while the effective packing height Lc and the level diameter La of the aromatic nucleus increase, and the structure of formed coke tends to aromatization and ordering.
