摘要
选用9个萝卜自交系作亲本,采用Griffing方法Ⅰ,利用9×9完全双列杂交,对根质量、根长、根直径3个主要性状进行研究。结果表明,萝卜根质量、根长和根茎同时受基因加性效应、非加性效应及反交效应的共同作用。以自交系P6作为亲本配制的杂交组合,根质量和根长优势较为明显,P6×P8组合的特殊配合力效应值最高。
The three main quantitative characters( root weight, length, diametrer) in 9 inbred lines of radish were analyzed with the complete diallel cross design and Grilling method I. The results showed that these genetic characters were simultaneously influenced by gene additive effect, nonadditive effect and reciprocal-cross effect. In combinations crossed from the inbred line P6, the heterosis of root weight and length was relatively remarkeble, and the SCA value of the combination P6×P8 was the largest.
