摘要
为筛选适合延安地区栽培的猴头菇,对4个不同菌株的猴头菇菌丝长速长势、子实体和产量性状进行比较试验。结果表明,猴头菇菌丝日生长速度最快的是H-1菌株;子实体产量有明显差异,其中H99菌株产量最高;物理性状的综合指标H99菌株最好。总体来看,H99菌株适合延安地区生长。
The growth rate and growth condition of mycelium,fruit-body production and physical properties of the four different species of Herieium erinaceus were compared for selecting the proper variety in Yan'an. The results showed that the fastest day-growth of Hericuim erinaceus mycelium was H-1 strain. There are obvious differences in the production of fruit-bodies and the highest productive one was the H99 strain. The general physical property of the H90 was the best one. All in all, it was suitable for the H99 strain to grow in Yan'an region.
