摘要
恶性肿瘤是严重危害人类生命和健康的常见病和多发病,其病死率居各类疾病之首,化疗是恶性肿瘤的主要治疗手段之一。个体化治疗已成为化疗的趋势,肿瘤药敏试验可指导临床用药进行个体化治疗。本文综述了多种肿瘤药敏试验方法的原理、方法、优缺点及其目前在恶性肿瘤化疗中的应用和面临的问题。
Malignant tumor is a commonly and frequently encountered disease that causes serious damage to human health. Its mortality rate is the first one among all kinds of the diseases. Chemotherapy is the one of main therapy for malignant tumor. Individual treatment has become tendency of chemotherapy. Drugs sensitivity experiment of cancer is a guidance for clinical medication and individual treatment. This paper describes the principle, method and advantages and disadvantages of many drugs sensitivity experiments of caneer. Also,the application of chemotherapy and facing problems of this experiment will be discussed in this review.
