摘要
目的:探讨乳突根治术腔修复的方法。方法:中耳术腔采用耳甲腔成形及肌骨膜瓣、骨粉填塞。结果:28例术后随访3个月～2年,全部乳突术腔消失,外耳道接近正常,全部获得干耳,无需定期清理。10耳同期鼓室成形,术后气导听力提高15db。结论:该术式对开放式乳突根治术有明显疗效,利于鼓室成形术。
Objective：To explore the methods of obliterating mastoid cavity.Methods：Conchoplasty autogenous bone pate and postauricular musulo-periosteal-bone flap were used in open mastoidectomy.Result：This team include 28cases,all the cases were followed up for 3months to 2 years.We found all the remnant mastoid cavities were obliterated.The external acoustic meatus became normal mostly.All the patients maintained a dry mastoid cavity and they need not clear their ears regularly.The tympanoplasty was performed in 10 cases among them in the meantime and their hearing was raised by 15 db.Conclusion：The method is testified effectively for open mastoidectomy,and it is beneficial for tympanoplasty.
