摘要
根据对兰坪氧化铅锌矿的物化性质的分析研究结果,综述了国内外对难选氧化锌矿、锌浸出渣等低锌物料处理方法的研究及生产实践,比较了各种方法的利弊,提出用备料———回转密还原挥发———回转窑增密脱杂———浸出———净化———电积生产电解锌的方法处理兰坪氧化锌矿石。并认为在目前技术水平下,经济地处理兰坪氧化锌矿石的下限锌品位是15%左右。
Based on the phisic-chemical properties of oxidized lead-zinc ore in Lanping,various existing processes for treating low zinc containing materials at home and abroad are reviewed.The flowsheet of reduction-voltilization in rotary furnace→de-impurities in rotary furnace→leaching→purification→electrowinning is recommended for treating the refractory oxidized zinc ore in Lanping.The cut-off zinc content in ore is suggested to be 15%.
