摘要
文章介绍了山东铝业公司引进的德国鲁奇公司的１６００ｔ／ｄ循环流化床氢氧化铝焙烧炉的工艺流程、技术特点及相应的技术性能和产品质量。采用该炉型进行技改后，焙烧工序能耗降低，改善了环境状况。
This paper introduces the process flow,technology feature,technology economic data and product quality data of the recycling fluid bed calciner of Shandong aluminium industry corpoartion which is imported from Lurqi GMBH of Germany used for aluminium hydrate calcination.The energy consumption of calcination process can be decreased and the operation environment can be improved after reforming this calciner.
