摘要
采用缝隙式金属过滤器和全自动砂滤器作为循环水处理的旁滤系统,替代原来单一的无阀滤池,解决了循环水系统存在的处理能力小、出水浊度高、过滤设备反洗水量大等问题,保证了循环水系统的水质,在降低生产成本、节约能耗方面取得了显著效益。
The slit type metal filter and the completely automatic sand filter have been used as the side system of the circulating water treatment for replacing the original single filter bed which does not have valves. The problems in the circulating water systems, e.g. the treatment capacity is poor, the turbidity of the outgoing water is high, and the amount of the self-washing water of the equipment is large, have been solved. Therefore, the water quality of the circulating water treatment is ensured. The production cost and energy consumption are lowered effectively and remarkably.
