摘要
本文旨在通过对电子政务与政府组织流程再造之间的关系研究,揭示政府组织流程再造是电子政务建设的必然要求。同时电子政务的实施,可以更好、更快地实现政府的再造,即建立一个高效率、服务型的政府。
This paper aims to study the relationship between E-government and the rebuilding procedures of government organization. It reveals that the rebuilding procedures of government organization will be the strongly necessary requirement of the E-government construction. On the other hand, the implementation of e-government can achieve the government reconstruction to the purpose of an efficient, service-oriented government.
