摘要
文中从某公司物料管理的角度着手,为解决该公司仓库中由于物料有效期短带来的一系列问题,以及仓库管理中存在的弊端,提出了遵循FIFO原则来进行物料控制,并详细阐述了运用看板实现FIFO的解决方案,同时,也能够有效控制库存,为公司带来了实际的效益。
This article starts with materials management in a company, in order to solve a series of problems, such as a short period of validity of material, and existing shortcomings in warehouse management. The author suggests to using the FIFO principle to material control and using Kanban to achieve FIFO solution. At the same time, it can effectively control the inven- tory, and bring real benefits for company.
