摘要
由于基层单位分散性给水情会商和各种性质的会议带来了时间和经费的限制,基层传达落实领导机关会议精神的效率较低,随着我国信息化技术的发展,黄委河南水文局各个基层单位的所在地都相继安装了互连网络,在此基础上,建设以黄委河南水文局为主会场,将其24个水文站和三个基层局为分会场的远程视频会议系统,将使黄委河南水文局的信息化水平和水文测报的工作效率提高到一个新的水平。
Owing to the dispersity of grass-roots units, this leads to the limitation of time and expenses in water-regime consultation and other conferences. The grass-roots units convey and carry out the spirit of leader conference inefficiently. With the development of country＇s informationization, various grass-roots units of Henan Hydrology Bureau of YRCC have all install the internet successively. On the foundation, Henan Hydrology Bureau of YRCC is taken as the main meet, and 24 hydrologic stations and 3 basic bureaus are regarded as the part meets. The remote video conference system is established. This will enable the informationization level and work efficiency to attain a new level.
