摘要
文章研究了温度、pH值、光照、抗氧化剂、氧化剂和离子强度等因素对肝素钠的稳定性影响。结果表明,肝素钠适宜低温条件下保存;最适pH为7-8;抗氧化剂Vc和光照对肝素钠稳定性均无显著影响;氧化剂H_2O_2和高离子强度对肝素钠的稳定性影响较大,而亚硫酸氢钠对肝素钠的稳定性的影响较小。
The factors that could influence the stability of heparin sodium were studied in the paper, which include temperature, pH, light, antioxidant, oxidant, ionic strength. The result showed that heparin sodium should be hold with low temperature, the pH was 7-8, antioxidant(vitamin C), illumination, and NaHSO3 had less influence to the stability of heparin sodium, oxidant( H2O2 ), but ionic strength had more influence to stability of Heparin sodium.
