摘要
城市垃圾焚烧炉渣对磷有较好的去除效果,在初始磷酸盐浓度低于200 mg/L时,对磷的去除率几近100%,在初始浓度为1 000 mg/L时,去除率达67%。对除磷后的炉渣进行磷的形态分析表明,溶液中磷酸盐首先被炉渣快速吸附,之后与炉渣中的Ca、Al、Fe等金属发生化学反应,转化成稳定的Ca2-P、Ca8-P、Al-P、Fe-P和Ca10-P等沉淀态磷。
Urban Waste Incinerator Slag shows good performance in dephosphorization. When initial phosphate concentration is less than 200 mg/L, the dephosphorization rate is nearly 100%, and the figure is 67% at initial concentration of 1000 mg/L Morphological analysis of phosphorus of the slag after dephosphorization shows that phosphate in solution is first absorbed by the slag and then react with metals in the slag such as Ca, Al, Fe, etc and turns into insoluble phosphorus such as Ca2--P, Ca8--P, Al-P, Fe-P, Ca10-P, etc.
