摘要
高校党委办公室是学校决策、管理的中枢,在一定程度上代表校党委行使各种职责和权利。文章从高校党委办公室基本职能出发,对党委办公室为什么要坚持科学发展观,怎样以科学发展观为统领推进自身建设进行了分析和思考。
The Party Committee Office plays a vital role in policy making and management in colleges and universities in that it, to some extent, exercises duties and powers on behalf of the Party Committee in colleges and universities. In light of the basic function of the Party Committee Office in institutions of higher education, the article analyzes the reasons why Scientific Outlook on Development should be stuck to, and suggests some ways to promote the construction of the Party Committee Office by adhering to Scientific Outlook on Development.
