摘要
近年来,我国房地产业已成为外商直接投资(FDI)的热点。本文从实证角度,运用相关性检验、ADF检验、协整检验、广义脉冲响应分析、方差分解和Granger因果检验等计量经济方法,对我国房地产开发投资中的FDI与房地产业增长之间的互动关系进行了研究,并得出如下结论:房地产开发投资中的FDI与房地产业增长之间存在一种长期稳定的协整关系,两者相互影响,具有协调变化的趋势,并且二者之间存在双向的Granger因果关系。
In recent years, China's real estate has become a hot spot of foreign direct investment (FDI). From the empirical point of view, this paper studies the relationship between FDI and China's real estate growth by using econometric methods such as correlation analysis, augmented dickey fuller (ADF) test, cointegration test, generalized impulse response analysis, variance decomposition and Granger causality test. The conclusion is that it is a long-term and stable eointegration relationship between FDI and China's real estate growth, and they affect each other and tend to change in concert, with a two-way Granger causality between them.
