摘要
以企业资源流转及物质平衡规律为基础,通过刻画企业生产过程的资源投入、消耗、产出及废弃的价值信息,从投入、消耗与循环、输出三环节构建企业循环经济综合评价模型——基于资源效率、价值循环效率以及环境效率一体化的资源价值流转方程式;并以此模型及变形为分析工具,从中国铝业的循环经济发展中抽取过去、现在及未来三截面作了实证分析,指出了循环经济发展的阶段性特征;通过因子静态及联动分析,指明了其循环经济"十一五"规划目标的优化路径。
Based on enterprise resource flow and material balance principle, through portraits value information of enterprise production process - resources input, consumption, disposal, and output, the paper builds comprehensive evaluation model of recycling economy - resource value flow equations based on resource efficiency, value cycle efficiency and environmental efficiency from enterprises input, consumption and circulation, export three - link; And it takes above model as tools, makes three typical cross - section empirical analysis and forecasting during the past, now and future from recycling economy development of China aluminum company, analysizes its recycling economy development characteristics; finally, the paper promotes the optimizing path to achieve the objective of "Eleventh Five - Year Plan" of China aluminum company with factor dynamic analysis.
