摘要
将智能信息技术应用于反犯罪和反恐怖是目前各国安全部门的研究热点.其中,社会网络分析(Social Net-work Analysis)是一种分析犯罪网络特性很有希望的方法.然而,社会网络分析方法不能处理犯罪网络动态变化的特性.因此,提出一种多Agent模拟与社会网络分析相结合的方法,以便应对犯罪网络动态变化的情形.利用真实犯罪网络数据,对提出的方法进行了一系列的实验.实验结果表明,所提出的方法能够有效地找出对打击犯罪组织有指导意义的策略.
Applying intelligent information technologies to anti-criminal and anti-terrorism is a hot topic in security bureaus of different countries, while Social Network Analysis is a promising method to analyze crime network structures. However, the Social Network Analysis method is inadequate to process the dynamic property of crime networks. To this end, this paper proposes an approach combining Agent simulation and Social Network Analysis method so that the dynamic property of crime networks can be handled. A series of experiments have been conducted using real crime network datasets to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The experimental results show that this approach can find the useful strategies to destabilize the criminal organization.
