摘要
爱伦·坡认为,以死亡为主题来制造恐怖的气氛,能够给读者心灵造成极大的震撼,在情感上扣住读者的心弦,使作品产生巨大的艺术感染力。本文从分析和讨论其《鄂榭府的倒塌》中的恐怖气氛的营造、内容与形式的统一、感官词汇的运用等方面,以探究其"效果说"的创作原则。
Allan Poe thinks that by building the horrible atmosphere through macabre imagery,the writing can give readers great shock and grip their hearts.This paper analyzes the building of the horrible atmosphere、the unit of form and content and the application of sense words to probe the writing principle of ＂ effect theory＂.
