优化行政管理效率是地方性本科院校科学发展的重要保证.文章就地方性本科院校行政管理工作存在的问题进行分析,并就更新管理观念、优化管理体制、规范管理程序、提高管理人员执行力等途径进行探讨.
It＇s a powerful guarantee to optimize the administrative efficiency for the scientific development of the local universities. On the base of analyzing the problems existing in administrative work of local universities, the paper offers the solutions which are innovating the ideas of management, optimizing the administrative system, standardizing the administrative procedure and improving the executive capability of administrative staffs.
