44个百合品种同工酶遗传多样性研究 被引量:4

Genetic Diversity of 44 Lily varieties from Isozyme Study

摘要 对沈阳市栽培的野生百合系8个、亚洲百合系18个、东方百合系11个、麝香百合系1个及日本百合系6个,共5个百合品系44个百合品种的同工酶遗传多样性进行了研究。从44个百合品种所进行可溶性蛋白和4个酶系统的检测得出,各百合品种间的遗传相似度为0.33—0.97,平均遗传相似度为0.657。其中东方百合与野生百合的遗传相似度最小,亲缘关系最远;日本百合与野生百合的遗传相似度最大,亲缘关系最近。 We studied the genetic diversity,of lily by testing spectrum of isozym with which there were 8 wild varieties, 18 Asian, 11 Oriental, 1 "musky", and 6 Japanese varieties. All of these amounted to 5 breeds and 44 varieties. We concluded that the genetic similarity was between 0. 33 - 0.97, and the average genetic similarity was 0. 657 . Among them the Oriental varieties and the wild varieties had lest genetic similarity thus the farest distance. The Japanese varieties had most similarity with the wild ones with closest distance.
