摘要
"和文化"既反映了人与人、人与自然以及民族与民族之间的依存关系,更体现出物质、制度和精神文化的有机组合,是草原文化特别是昭君文化最独特的核心价值,是人类最难得的文化资源,也是人类最可贵的文化资本。"和文化"的核心内涵,集中表现为和平、和睦、和顺、和乐、和美、和谐、和衷共济,正是当前构建社会主义和谐社会的题中应有之义。昭君文化的深入研究和节日打造,对于建设内蒙古文化大区和呼和浩特文化大市,发展民族文化事业和文化产业,吸引国内和国际的注意力,增强自治区和首府城市的竞争力,具有十分重要的意义。
Harmony culture, not only reflects the relations among humans, of nature and human beings and among culture, but to great extent embodies the integral combination of materials, systems and spirit. It is the center of prairie culture, especially of Zhaojun culture. It is the most rare culture resources, and also the precious cultural property. The core of the ＂Harmony culture＂ is peace, amity, satisfaction, joy, happiness, harmony and helpfulness, which are exactly put forward in present issue of constructing a harmonious socialist society. In consideration of developing national culture and cultural economy, drawing attention from both at home and abroad, and enhancing competitive advantages of autonomous region and capitals, it is of significance to further study Zhaojun culture and to promote its value as a festival.
