摘要
随康复医学的蓬勃发展,康复护理工作占越来越重要地位,康复医学是卫生保健不可缺少的部分。康复护理中除了常规康复护理工作以外,护理人员还应运用人本原理,坚持以患者为中心。本文从分析人本原理内涵着手,探讨人本原理对建立良好的护患关系的影响、对护理管理的作用,护理人员为康复过程中的患者开展人性化服务,提供优质的护理服务、患者对护理工作满意度明显提高,同时护理人员业务学习积极性上升,通过这种自身素质的提高并建立相应机制激励护理人员工作热情,调动积极性,形成高效护理机制。
With the vigorous development of rehabilitation medicine,rehabilitation nursing work is becoming more and more important position and is the indispensable part of health care.In addition to conventional rehabilitation nursing care and rehabilitation nursing staff should use humanistic principle,adhere to the patient as the center.By analyzing the connotation of humanistic principle,explore humanistic principle to establish good relationship with the influence of the role of nursing management and nursing staff for healing process,patients in the humanized service,provides the high quality service for nursing care of patients,job satisfaction,and improved nursing service learning enthusiasm,improve their quality through this kind of incentive mechanism and corresponding nursing staff working enthusiasm,mobilize enthusiasm,and high-efficiency mechanism.
