摘要
目的探讨剖宫产产妇社区护理及健康教育的效果。方法将在本区进行产后休养的剖宫产产妇217例随机分成两组,实验组108例,由我院专业护理人员进行社区护理和健康教育,对照组109例,进行常规产后访视,比较两组产妇的相关知识掌握率、纯母乳喂养率、产妇常见病发病率、新生儿常见病发病率等情况。结果实验组产妇的相关知识掌握率、纯母乳喂养率均高于对照组(P<0.01),而产妇常见病发病率、新生儿常见病发病率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产妇进行社区护理及健康教育能帮助产妇更好地掌握产褥期保健知识,促进母乳喂养,降低产妇、新生儿常见病发病率,有利于母婴健康。
Objective To discuss the effect of the community nursing and health education to caesarean section Methods 217 maternity who had received caesarean section and relaxed in jiangan district were divided into 2 groups,108 cases in experiment were received the community nursing and health education,and another 109 cases were in control group.Both groups were received normal postpartum vistion.The correlative knowledge master rate,pure breast feeding rate,normal disease incidence,newborn baby normal disease incidence were compared.Results The knowledge master rate,pure breast feeding rate in experiment group were higher than control group obviously（P〈0.01）,normal disease incidence,newborn disease incidence were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The community nursing and health education to caesarean section maternity can help the maternity master knowledge better,increase the breast feeding rate,reduce the incidence of maternity and newborn baby,benefit the women and baby＇s health.
