摘要
本文根据磨削力由切屑变形力和摩擦力两部分组成的力学模型,对缓进给外圆磨削中的磨削力进行了研究。基于试验结果,建立了缓进给外圆磨削的力学模型。由力的模型表明:缓进给外圆磨削中的切屑变形力对磨削力的影响很小,摩擦力是切屑变形力的几倍至几十倍。分析了磨削条件和砂轮特性对切屑变形力和摩擦力的影响,并解释了缓进给和普通外国磨削之间的差别。
This paper deals with the grinding force in the creep feed cylindrical grinding on the basis of a grinding force model composed of two terms, corresponding to chip deformation and friction forces respectively. Based upon the experimental results, the grinding force model of creep feed cylindrical grinding is developed. It shows that chip deformation force has only a little effect on the grinding for ce. The effect of grinding conditions and wheel characteristics on the chip deformation and friction forces are analyzed. The differnces between creep feed and conventional cylindrical grinding are also explained.
