摘要
通过对部分省市纺织服装行业及190家企业的问卷调查,了解了当前纺织服装行业技能型人才的现状,对纺织服装类高职毕业生就业岗位与企业需求进行了分析,提出了高职技能型人才培养适应社会、行业、企业需求的5点对策,为相关高职院校纺织服装高职人才培养方案进行优化提供参考。
Through questionnaires sent to 190 enterprises,the paper summed up the present conditions of skilled talents in the garment and textile industry. Having analyzed the employment of higher vocational college grad- uates majored in garment and textile ,as well as the talent demand of enterprises ,the paper proposed five points of countermeasures to cultivate talents adaptable to society, industry and enterprises ,which shall be reference for the optimization of talent cultivation plan in higher vocational colleges.
