广州地区口腔医师比色现状的调查 被引量:5

摘要 目的:调查广州地区口腔科医师在修复体制作过程中比色板的使用情况,探讨他们对比色的认识,以及是否有能力为其服务人群提供有效的比色诊断和治疗。方法:采用自行设计问卷调查、分层随机抽样的方式,对广州地区510名口腔科医师进行横断面调查,问卷包括调查对象的一般情况、所使用比色板的种类、比色过程中相关要素的选择以及对比色结果的认识。结果:受调查的510名口腔科医师中有94.4%使用vita比色板,其中以vita-3D-master比色板最为普及,占83.9%;比色光源的选择与医师学历和就职医院规模大小相关;在使用3D比色板比色时,工作年资越低及就职医院规模越大,采用合理比色顺序的比例越高;75.9%的医师更关注比色时的背景,在比色前要求患者卸妆,不同组间无统计学差异。此外,31.4%的被调查对象认为修复体与天然牙颜色的不匹配源于医技沟通,另外24.9%则归因于瓷粉与比色板之间的差异。结论:广州地区口腔科医师对比色条件的选择和比色板的使用与其学历,工作年资及就职医院规模存在相关性。 Objective To make a general understanding of shade guide usage in Gungzhou district. Methods To investigate 510 dentists through questionnaires in Guangzhou,using stratified random sampling method. Results Vita shade guides are the most popular,especially the Vita-3D-master.The correct rates of selecting lightness in the first step are significantly higher in the groups,which are the dentists possess less than 3years experience and work in the larger hospitals with above 10 dental chairs.Besides,the dentists with an undergraduate degree and those in larger hospitals prefer to use natural daylight.In addition,there aren't significant differences about requiring remover among all the groups. Conclusion In this investigation, the shade-matching operation of the dentists and their selection of shade-matching environment have a relationship with their working experience,educational backgrounds and scales of the hospitals they worked.All in all,further studys and training about color science are needed in order to provide a better treatment.
