摘要
目的探讨低张薄层螺旋CT对胃癌术前分期的应用价值。方法对55例胃癌患者进行低张薄层螺旋CT平扫及三期增强扫描,进行术前TNM分期并与术后病理结果对照。结果55例T1-T4准确性分别为50%、66.6%、80%和87.5%,N0-2准确性分别为77.8%、73.7%和88.9%,M0-1准确性为94.7%和88.2%。结论低张薄层螺旋CT能够较好的进行胃癌术前TNM分期,可有效地指导手术方案的选择。
Objective To explore the value of preoperative staging of gastric carcinoma by spiral CT with thin slices and low tension.Methods 55 patients with gastric carcinoma performed spiral CT with thin slices and low tension including plain scan and 3-phase enhanced scans.The tumor,Nodes,Metastasis（TNM） staging were preoperatively used.Then the results was compared with postoperative pathology.Results in all 55 cases,the accurate rate of T1-T4 was respectively 50%,66.6%,80% and 87.5%.The accurate rate of N0-2 was respectively 77.8%,73.7% and 88.9%.The accurate rate of M0-1 was respectively 94.7% and 88.2%.Conclusions The spiral CT with thin slices in low tension is valuable in TNM staging of gastric cancer preoperatively.
