高校辅导员在工作过程中培树"责任意识、形象意识、发展意识和导向意识"是做好本职工作的客观需要,才能担当起称职的教育者、管理者和服务者,成为学生信服的人生导师,成为学生信赖的知心朋友,才能更好地完成教育人、培养人的根本任务。
A college counselor must strengthen his/her consciousness of responsibility, self-image, development and orientation so as to educate better, manage better and serve better, and become reliable life coach and true friend of his/her students.
