摘要
能否在动压轴承主轴磨床上实现高速高效低粗糙度磨削一直是令人关心的问题。本文从分析动压轴承的弱点出发,着重就砂轮不平衡量对磨削表面粗糙度的影响作了探讨。通过采用高精度的砂轮动平衡装置和对机床进行改进后,得到了R_z=0.06μm的磨削表面粗糙度,试验结果证实了在动压轴承主轴磨床上是可以实现高速高效低粗糙度磨削工艺的。
Since a long time attention is focused on the practicability of the high speed, high efficiency and high finish grinding technology on a grinder with dynamic pressure bearing spinble. In this paper the influence of wheel unbalance on the ground surface roughness is investigated in consideration of the disadvantages of dynamic pressure bearing. By using a high precision dynamic Wheel-balance deyice, the experimental results, with a minimal roughness R_z of 0.06μm, have shown that high speed, high efficiency and high finish grinding can be carried out successfully on a dynamic pressure bearing grinder.
