摘要
提出了利用带二元光学元件的球透镜实现可见/紫外双波段光学系统的新方法。在蓝宝石球透镜中部引入二元光学元件,有效校正了色差及球差;同时利用谐衍射设计,使可见/紫外双波段共用同一二元光学元件。利用光纤面板对像面的补偿,既校正了场曲,又满足半视场0~15°为可见波段,15~35°为紫外波段的实际应用需求。完成了在蓝宝石平面基底上最小线宽为10μm的八台阶二元元件的制作。所研制的系统经测试,在F数为1的条件下,弥散斑小于60μm,与传统的球透镜相比,光斑缩小了1/3。
Spherical lens with binary optical element (BOE) for visible and UV dual-band optical system has been designed and fabricated. BOE was employed for spherical lens made of sapphire to effectively correct chromatic and spherical aberrations. It was possible to use same BOE for visible and UV dual-band by harmonic diffractive design.Fibre faceplate was used to transfer spherical imaging plane to plane surface. The different imaging planes for dual-band were corrected by fibre faceplate, so that the center part was for visible band with view of 0-15° and the outer part is for UV band with view of 15- 35°. BOE of eight steps with minimum line width of 10μm was fabricated on sapphire plane substrate. The test results for fabricated optical system show that the diameter of Airy disk is less than 60μm when the F number is 1, and the size of light spot reduces about 1/3 than that of the conventional spherical lens.
