摘要
通过喷气引纬时动态纬纱张力曲线的测量和分析,说明了纬纱张力曲线特点和纬纱飞行过程的关系,并就纬纱起动、自由飞行和约束飞行三个阶段.分析了主喷压强和始喷角度的变化对纬纱在筘槽内的飞行状态产生的影响,纬纱张力曲线的形态也不同.
Dynamic filling yam tension is measured on an air jet weaving machine. Relationship between yam tension curves and behaviour of yam in pneumatic insertion is investigated. The effect of main jet pressure and starting angle on weft ejected from the main nozzle and through the profile reed with yam tunnel are analyzed in the starting, free - flying and brake - flying phase.
