摘要
在方程分析法相似原则的基础上,设计出大型汽轮发电机的模拟转子系统,用该转子系统对信号进行多通道采集,然后分别将采集信号的水平和垂直幅频图进行分解,分解后按不同阶次进行组合得到二维和三维全息谱图,对得到的全息谱图进行分析,从而达到对系统进行故障诊断的目的,分析结果令人满意。可见,全息谱图可以丰富旋转机械故障诊断系统知识库中的振动特征信息,对于更准确地诊断发电设备中的故障具有一定意义。
Based on the principle of similitude,the simulated rotor system of a real large-scale turbo-generator was designed.The vibration signals of the modelled rotor system were collected in multiple channels.Phase spectra collected both in horizontal and vertical directions were decomposed separately,then recomposed into two-dimensions and three-dimensions holospectra in accordance with the different orders and holobalancing technique was applied.As the result of analyzing the holospectra,the goal of diagnosis analysis of rotor system was achieved,and satisfied results were obtained.It is concluded holospectrum analysis and holobalancing technique offer a good means for precise diagnosis of rotating machinery,such as the large scale turbo-generator.
