摘要
研制了一种新型的联吡啶钴配合物修饰碳糊电极(Co-piny/CMCPE),实验发现联吡啶钴配合物对邻苯二酚的还原具有较好电催化作用。测定的最佳条件为:以pH6.4的磷酸盐缓冲溶液为底液,于1.100V(wsSCE)处富集50s,以0.300V/s的扫描速度进行线性扫描,采用二阶导数线性扫描伏安法进行测定,其线性范围为2.0×10^-9 ~4.00×10^-5mol/L,栓出限为1.00×10^-9mol/L。该法的重现性和稳定性均较好。用于测定模拟水样中的邻苯二酚含量,平均回收率为98.1%,结果令人满意。
Brpyridine cobalt(Ⅱ ) complex moditied carbon paste electrode(Co-piny/CMCPE) was prepared in the present paper. The experiment results found that the reduction peak current of o-dihydroxybenzene is enhanced catalytically by the Co(Ⅱ ) complex modified on the surface of the etecrode. The optimal experimental conditions include the use of phosphate buffer solution (pH 6.4), an accumulation potential of 1. 100 V (versus SCE), an accumulation time of 50 s, a scan rate of 0. 100 V/s and a second-order derivative linear scan mode. The linear range of determination was 2.0× 10^-9 - 4.00× 10^-5 mol/L and detection limit was 1.00× 10^-9 mol/L. The modified electrode was reproducibility and stability. The modified electrode was successfully applied to determine the concentration of o-dihydroxybenzene in the simulation of water samples.
