摘要
极坐标插补方法是利用数控车削中心加工端面轮廓零件的关键技术。本文以FANUC0i-TC数控车削中心HTC2050z为例,研究了极坐标插补及其编程的要点、车削中心常用的M指令及操作要求,并以极坐标插补法进行了端面轮廓零件的编程,实现了在FANUC0i-TC数控车削中心HTC2050z上加工端面轮廓零件。
The polar interpolation method is the key technology in the end face contour parts processing by NC lathe. In this paper, the main points of polar interpolation and programming were studied by an example of NC lathe HTC2050z with FANUC 0i--TC system. Meanwhile the M instruction and operational matters were also researched. After that the program for the head face contour parts by using the polar interpolation was expounded. By this program, the processing of the end face contour parts on the NC lathe HTC2050z with FANUC 0i--TC system was achieved.
