摘要
新型铝型材校正机的特点是校正轮可以上下左右调整,并带扭转功能,能够很好地适应各种截面的型材,驱动轮可根据型材的截面形状调整位置和数量,而且更换方便。本文围绕上述功能特点阐述了新型铝型材校正机的组成部分及各部件的结构特征。
The features of new correction machine for aluminum profiles are that its correction wheel can be adjusted up and down, left and right and has torsion function, which can be applied to the profiles with diversified sections; and the positions and numbers of the driving wheels can be adjusted according to the sections of aluminum profiles, meanwhile the replacement is easy. Focusing on the above-mentioned features, the composition and the structure characteristics of each part of the new correction machine are introduced in this paper.
