摘要
分析了江苏省南通市遭遇地震灾害时可能发生的生命线工程灾害,评价了南通生命线工程抗震救灾能力,提出了应急防御措施的改进建议,以期在未知的地震灾害中尽量减少人民的生命财产损失和国家经济损失,为南通市制定生命线工程灾害的防御对策提供参考.
The probable disaster on lifeline systems in earthquake in Nantong, Jiangsu Province was analyzed. And, the ability of earthquake resistance and salvation on Nantong lifeline systems was evaluated. Improvement suggestions on emergency defense were put forward to reduce the losses of life, property and national economic in unknown earthquake. References are provided by this research for preventing strategies of Nantong lifeline systems.
