摘要
目的回顾性分析40例单侧鼻腔和鼻窦病变CT表现,对各种常见病变做出总结,以提高认识。方法收集我院临床病理证实的术前均行CT扫描单侧鼻腔和鼻窦病变40例,分析各种病变的CT表现,总结其诊断及鉴别诊断要点。结果鼻息肉16例,乳头状瘤9,鼻腔鼻窦癌7例,血管瘤3例,霉菌性鼻窦炎3例,鼻腔恶性淋巴瘤1例,鼻腔神经鞘瘤1例。结论单侧鼻腔鼻窦常见病变有不同影像特点,CT扫描有助于诊断及鉴别诊断。
Objective A retrospective study was carried out among 40 cases with the diseases of unilateral cavitas nasi and accessory nasal cavity. To summarize the CT diagnosis of unilateral cavitas nasi and accessory nasal cavity. Methods 40 cases with the disease of unilateral cavitas nasi and accessory nasal cavity were retrospectively analyzed that were comfirmed by pathology. To summarize the characters of the disease of unilateral cavitas nasi and accessory nasal cavity. Results 16 nasal polyp, 9 papillary epithelioma, 7 carcinoma ofcavitas nasi and accessory nasal cavity, 3 angeioma, 3 fngal sinusitis, lmalignant I mymphoma ofcavitas nasi, l myoschwaunoma ofcavitas nasi. Conclusion There arc different characters of the diseases of unilateral cavitas nasi and accessory nasal cavity. CT is very important for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
