摘要
目的探讨脑CT灌注(CTP)及头侧向足侧扫描在头颈部CTA中的应用。方法使用16排螺旋CT对40例患者行头颈部CTA检查,随机分为两组,各20例,所有患者在CTA之前行脑CT平扫及脑CT灌注扫描,A组以CTP所显示的动脉峰值时间作为CTA的延迟时间,扫描方向为自头侧向足侧。B组(对照组)使用造影剂浓度实时监控跟踪触发技术确定延迟时间,扫描方向自足侧向头侧扫描,两组CTA图像相对照。结果两组均完成检查,图像能满足诊断需要,A组图像优于B组(对照组),图像对比良好,静脉的干扰明显减小。结论应用16层螺旋CT进行CTA时以脑CT灌注确定CTA延迟时间及头侧向足侧扫描可以取得优质的图像,减轻静脉的干扰,值得推广。
Objective To study Application of Brain CT Perfusion and scan from head side to foot side in multislice CT angiography in the head and neck. Methods forty patients with head/neck 16 slice CT angiograph were divided into two groups at randomL-each group has 20 cases, the plain scan and the CTP was performed before CTA to all 40 cases. Group A use CTP to obtain the peak time of contrasted artery as CTA delay time, and scan from head side to foot side. Group B use contrast media automatic bolus tracking to obtain delay time,scan from foot side to head side.two groups CTA images were collated. Results Of the 2 groups with different parameter images could be finished and diagnosis could be obtained.Yet,image of group A is better, there was less interference by images of vein displayed in group A. Conclusion When using 16 slice spiral CT in head and neck CT arteriography,More Simple and unitary arterial images could be obtained by choosing CTA delay time basing on CTP, and scaning from head side to foot side:,with less interference By images of vein displayed, worth to be publicized.
