乌市水磨沟区糖尿病高危人群HOMA—IS与血清25-(OH)D3相关 被引量:3

HOMA-IS correlates with serum 25- (OH) D3 in the people with high risk to diabetes mellitus in Shuimogou District, Urumqi

摘要 569例受试者(糖尿病高危人群)按稳态模型评估的β细胞功能指数(HOMA—IS)中位数,分为IS1组(HOMA-IS〉104.83)和IS2组(HOMA—IS≤104.83)。IS2组的血清25-(OH)D3、空腹胰岛素、体重指数、腰围和总胆固醇明显下降,空腹血糖和服糖后2h血糖明显上升。相关分析显示,HOMA—IS与体重指数、腰围、总胆固醇、血清25-(OH)D3均呈正相关关系(均P〈0.05),HOMA—IS与服糖后2hm糖呈负相关关系(P〈0.05)。提示在乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区糖尿病高危人群中,血清维生素D水平降低可能与胰岛β细胞功能损伤相关。 Five-hundred and sixty-nine subjects with high risk to diabetic mellitus were assigned into two groups according to the median of homeostasis model assessment for insulin sensitivity ( HOMA-IS ) : IS1 group ( HOMA-IS〉 104.83 ) and IS2 group ( HOMA-IS ≤ 104.83 ). Serum 25-(OH) D3 , fasting insulin, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), and total cholesterol (TC) were decreased, but fasting and postprandial blood glucose were increased in IS2 group. Positive correlations of HOMA-IS with serum 25-(OH) D3 , BMI, WC, and TC, while negative correlation with 2hPG were found (all P〈0.05). It suggested that low level of serum vitamin D may be related to the isletβ-cell function in the people with high risk of diabetic mellitus in Shuimogou District of Urumqi.
