摘要
改革开放以来,我国在利用国外贷款方面取得了重大成就,积累了不少有益的经验,但也存在一些问题。通过对这些问题的分析,提出了一些有益的措施,以有利于我们更好地利用国外贷款,促进我国经济的快速发展和社会的全面进步。
