摘要
介绍个性化知识服务技术的内涵及主要服务模式,认为用户的兴趣和行为表达、聚类与分类、个性化信息服务安全与系统评价等技术是目前的核心技术,指出知识产权与隐私保护、知识服务评价与反馈机制的建立、系统复杂性与易用性等问题尚待研究解决。
The paper introduces the connotation and the main service modes about personalized knowledge service technology, It considers that the interest of users and the behavior express, clustering and classification, personalized information service safety and sys- tem evaluation are the core technologies for developing this service. In the meanwhile, it points out that many problems need to be solved including intellectual property rights and privacy protection, the construction of knowledge service assessment and feedback mechanism, the complexity and feasibility of the system.
