摘要
北京华贸中心商贸广场工程地下为超大面积细石混凝土地面,质量标准要求高。考虑地面平整度和分隔缝的精度要求,采用"柱跨跳打"的混凝土浇筑方式,另外利用可调高度槽钢控制平整度和标高,并在槽钢边粘贴15mm厚挤塑聚苯板进行局部细部处理,方便分隔缝的切割和剔凿。地面分隔缝采用机械后切割的方法。重点介绍了安装槽钢模具,细石混凝土浇筑、抹压、切缝等施工工艺。
Some engineering in Beijing has super-large area fine aggregate concrete ground with high quality standard.Considering the precision requirements of ground smoothness and partition joints,septal span pouring style is applied,and channel steel with adjustable height is used to control smoothness and elevation,furthermore,plastic benzoic board with 15mm thickness is tied in the side of channel steel to make partition joints cutting convenient.Moreover,mechanical post cutting is adopted for ground partition joints.The construction technologies of installing channel steel mould,pouring,surface rolling and calendering fine aggregate concrete,cutting and so on are introduced.
